Toinen tämän pääsiäisen tilauskakuista oli ystäväni 2 vuotta täyttävän Tiitus-pojan junakakku! Tätä kakkua oli ihan huippuhauskaa tehdä. :) Mutta ei taida tulla kenellekään yllätyksenä se tieto, että en ollut aivan täysin tyytyväinen kakun lopulliseen ulkonäköön, vaikka siitä ihan hieno tulikin! ;)
Lähtökohta kakun rakentamiselle näyttää hyvin repaleiselta, koska kakun keskimmäiseen kerrokseen tehtiin "ramppi" junarataa varten. Myös kakkujen reunoja piti hieman leikata, jotta ne sopivat paremmin toisiinsa. Juna on tehty Makuunin irtokarkkivalikoimista löytyneistä vaahtokarkeista sekä Amerikan pastilleista. Ikkunat ja muut koristelut on tehty Fazerin tummalla leivontasuklaalla.
Kakun kaikki kerrokset on päällystetty vaahtokarkkikuorrutteella. Alin kerros oli värjätty vihreäksi. Tähän vihreään kerrokseen oli kuorrutteen tekovaiheessa lisätty enemmän nestettä ja sitä pystyi muotoilemaan tosi hyvin! Ylimääräiset reunat voi leikata saksilla tai veitsellä.
Kakun kaksi ylintä kerrosta yhdistettiin ja niiden päälle laitettiin yksi kaulittu vaahtokarkkikuorrute. Toiseen reunaan leikattiin tilaa vihreälle kuorrutteelle.
Hieman päällekäin meneviä kuorrutekerroksia voi auttaa liimautumaan vedellä.
Aurinko on tehty Candy Melts- napeista, puun rungot ja junarata ovat suklaata.
Vaahtokarkkijuna liimattiin paikalleen valmiilla sokerikuorrutteella.
Puiden "lehdet" leikattiin ylijääneestä vaahtiskuorrutteesta ja niitä on sävytetty vihreällä elintarvikevärillä.
Pilvet ovat valkosuklaata.
